When she founded Must Have Accessories in 2005, designer Joyce Williams had a vision and a goal. The vision was to create beautiful, handcrafted designs of exceptional quality that were inspired by her travels around the world and incorporated the natural and organic materials she loves.

The goal was to offer women of color timeless pieces that not only worked for them in their day-to-day lives but also celebrated their unique power, beauty and brilliance. Today, both her vision and goal have been realized.
